Futmore Refund Policy:

If you wish to cancel a purchase at any time or return an order within 7 calendar days after delivery, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the purchase. The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is up to 7 days after the return is received and inspected.

To return a product, follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram: +55 (11) 96642-8840 to request a return.
  2. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  3. Send the product to the following address: 2299 Wyatt Street, Pensacola, Florida - Zip code: 32514.

The full refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the returned product.

Refund methods:

  • Credit Card: The amount will be refunded directly to your credit card statement. Your card issuer will be notified immediately, and the process may take 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on the billing date and the refund request date.

Important information:

  • The responsibility for the refund lies with the card administrator and the issuing bank.
  • For defective products, incorrect items, items damaged by the carrier, or any product defect: there is no return cost.
  • For customer remorse, such as purchasing the wrong product, the item not fitting, or deciding not to keep the product: there is no return cost.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • For returns, the product must be new, in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
